Our Oolong Tea Estate
While we source exceptional teas from all over the world, we are proud to operate and manage our own Oolong tea farm in Northern Vietnam, producing some of the world's finest Oolong teas.
Our estate is nestled on the Moc Chau Plateau, located at an ideal elevation of 1,000m – 1,200m (3,200 ft) above sea level. This prime location for growing tea allows us to fully maintain the quality, safety, and unique profile of our products from soil to cup.
The Art of the Process
The entire operation is overseen by our Taiwanese tea master, who comes from a family of multiple generations of award-winning tea masters and has over 40 years of personal experience.
Under their guidance, we hand-pick our leaves and meticulously process the teas to perfection through a rigorous, traditional sequence: withering, stirring, heating, rolling, shaping, drying, blending, and roasting.
This detailed, time-honored process is what makes Oolong one of the finest teas in the world, rightly deemed the "champagne" of the tea world.
